This document is a legal binding contract between the Buyer and Seller for the sale of a French Bull Puppy(ies). The Breeder accepts that If the puppy(ies) delivered or picked up is sick, not up to date on shots or has not been de-wormed. The Breeder will refund the total payment made for the puppy(ies) by the Buyer. If the puppy(ies) was delivered by a third party. The Breeder Accepts to refund the Buyer the total cost spent on the delivery fee. The Breeder must also pay for the reshipping of the puppy(ies).

Upon pickup or delivery the Buyer must take the puppy(ies) for a vet checkup within one week from the date of pickup or delivery to the Buyer’s Address. The puppy(ies) must come with a lifetime health guarantee against congenital defects, Health Records and A Health Certificate. If upon checkup of the puppy(ies) at the Vet by the Buyer and the results are contrary to the results provided by the Seller. Either the Breeder must replace the puppy(ies) at no extra cost and have the puppy reshipped back to the Breeder at the Breeder’s Expense. Or The Breeder refunds the full amount spent by the Buyer for the puppy(ies) plus the shipping fee paid by the Buyer. Then the puppy will be reshipped back to the Breeder at the Breeder’s expense. Should the puppy(ies) die as a result of a congenital defect. The puppy will be replaced only if a written and signed statement is to be obtained from two Licensed Veterinarian’s from two different clinics as proof of the Genetic Defects.

In the case of delivery, The Buyer will make the payment of $750 and pay for the shipping fee which is $200 (plus $50 extra for home delivery). Summing up to a total of $950 for pickup at airport or $1000 for home delivery. The Breeder will then ship out the puppy to the Buyer. The Buyer must take the puppy to the vet to verify the health records. This document proves that the Breeder has transferred the ownership of the French Bull Puppy(ies) to the Buyer. The Breeder will make no attempt to reclaim the dog(s). The Breeder is allowed to contact the Buyer specifically to check on the well being of the puppy(ies).

In the case of pickup, The Buyer will make a down payment of $750 prior to the date of pickup. The buyer will be given a duration of 1 week to confirm the health records with the vet. The Buyer must inform the Breeder of the total number of people coming for pickup. Providing the Breeder with their full names. The Buyer must pickup the puppy(ies) between 8:00am and 5:00pm. This document proves that the Breeder has transferred the ownership of the French Bull Puppy(ies) to the Buyer. The Breeder will make no attempt to reclaim the dog.

If at anytime the Buyer is unable to provide the basic needs and properly care for the dog(s). The Buyer can return the dog(s) to the Breeder. No refund will be made to the Buyer in such a situation. If the dog(s) has to be reshipped to the Breeder. The Buyer must take full responsibility of the shipping fee.By signing your name below.
